Program Overview

For 70 years, CORO Northern California’s programs respond to the needs of society today. CORO does not deliver a specific solution but create the conditions for solutions to emerge. It provides the environment to connect and develop the skills and opportunities to address the increasingly complex issues we face as a society. CORO enhances the effectiveness of individuals, and they impact the communities they serve - the impact you can only achieve if you are working across sector, department, discipline, and ideology. Using a proprietary curriculum involving internships, group participation, interviews, and seminars, CORO participants examine leadership across multiple sectors, industries, and issues.

CORO gave me a secret tool kit and when applied, I was immediately able to see new possibilities, conversations, directions, and depth that led to positive changes in my workplace.
